Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) removes excess skin and repositions fat around the upper and lower eyelids to give the eyes a rested, more open appearance. Upper blepharoplasty is often combined with a brow lift, fox eyes lift or facelift when the whole upper third of the face needs rejuvenation.
