Female Rhinoplasty Before and After: Real Patients of Prof. Dr. Suleyman Tas
The photographs on this page show women who had closed rhinoplasty or septorhinoplasty performed by Prof. Dr. Suleyman Tas in Istanbul, photographed before surgery and at 7 days, 2 months, 4 months and 1 year afterwards. Each set shows the same patient from the same angle and distance, so you can judge the change in the bridge, the tip and the nostrils for yourself.
The goal in every case is a nose that fits the face and does not look operated: a smooth, straight or softly curved bridge, a tip that is defined and lifted only as much as the face allows, nostrils that stay in proportion, and breathing that is as good as or better than before. Noses with a hump, a drooping tip, a wide tip, a crooked septum or a previous unsuccessful operation are all represented in the gallery.
What to look for in the photos:
Profile: the hump is gone and the bridge is smooth, without a scooped or "overdone" look.
Front view: the nose is narrower and the tip is defined, but the width still suits the face.
Tip: lifted slightly so it no longer droops when smiling; the final definition takes up to 12 months to appear.
Scars: none visible, because all incisions are inside the nostrils (closed atraumatic rhinoplasty).
Time: photos at 7 days show the shape under swelling; compare them with the 4-month and 1-year photos of the same patient.
Prof. Dr. Suleyman Tas has performed more than 10,000 nose operations, teaches rhinoplasty to surgeons from other countries at live-surgery courses in Istanbul and is the author of the textbook Rhinoplasty in Practice (CRC Press, 2020). Patients from abroad usually stay in Istanbul for about 7 days, until the cast is removed, and online follow-up continues for one year. The fee is quoted individually after your photographs have been reviewed.
